Job Title: Program Manager - ExpertLocation: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + Months Daily responsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners including Finance and other partners with the following:
- Review program objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Monitor the progress of multiple projects within the program to ensure they contribute to the overall program vision.
- Adjust program plans and priorities as needed to address changes in business needs or external factors.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project managers to ensure projects are on track and aligned with program goals.
- Review project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure they meet program objectives.
- Monitor interdependencies between projects and address any conflicts or risks that may arise.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues at the program level.
- Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
Must Have Skills: - + years of experience in banking or financial services industry with understanding of project business management
- Hands-on experience implementing End-to-End project
- Guiding teams and stakeholders to make informed, consensus-driven decisions.
- Aligning program and portfolio-level objectives to maintain alignment and achieve strategic outcomes.
- Effective storytelling skills – written and verbal skills and attention to detail in preparing reporting and summaries that is provided to product teams and senior / executive leadership.
- A ‘Growth Mindset’ – remain current with emerging consumer / industry trends, embraces new data to generate impactful insights. Proactive and inquisitive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities and the “why” behind data trends to improve existing processes and streamline activities.
