The Cloud Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients within our AI Cloud business. You will triage, monitor, and coordinate all incoming service requests ensuring timely and professional escalation to the appropriate technical or operational teams. You will also be responsible for the troubleshooting of software to our high-performance computers and related systems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Helpdesk role.
• Demonstrated ability to triage and escalate technical issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of software troubleshooting (network connectivity, login issues, performance checks, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of team collaboration and client-first service delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

This role requires availability for a rotational shift schedule including day, night, and weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight and maintaining productivity during off-peak hours. A shift premium may apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary intake point for client incidents, service requests, and inquiries.
• Monitor and manage the central support queue (tickets, email, chat, and alerts).
• Provide troubleshooting and service guidance to clients where applicable.
• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and escalation paths.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the request lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accountability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and team workflows.
