Titre du poste : Coordonnateur des chauffeurs

Principales fonctions et responsabilités :
  • Maintenir les horaires des chauffeurs et communiquer toute variation à la direction.
  • Recevoir, vérifier et consigner les commandes des clients dans le système TMW.
  • Planifier les chargements en fonction de la sécurité, du service à la clientèle et de l’efficacité des chargements, à partir des informations clients saisies dans le système TMW.
  • Communiquer les instructions de répartition aux chauffeurs (y compris les plans de quart, les informations de plan de site, les numéros TMW ainsi que les renseignements sur les camions et remorques).
  • Répondre aux appels entrants, traiter les demandes générales et acheminer les appels vers la ressource appropriée.
  • Confirmer que les chargements ont été livrés et s’assurer que le système TMW est mis à jour; tout retard ou changement doit être signalé à la direction des opérations.
  • Signaler et consigner tous les incidents liés à la sécurité et au service à la direction.
  • Pendant le quart de travail, assurer la garde du téléphone désigné.
  • Veiller à la transmission d’informations exactes aux chauffeurs, notamment : renseignements sur les chargements, numéros de référence, poids, etc.
  • Confirmer l’exactitude de la paie des chauffeurs en s’assurant que les informations relatives aux itinéraires et aux frais accessoires sont saisies en temps opportun dans les champs appropriés du système TMW.
  • Appuyer les membres de l’équipe des opérations, au besoin.
  • Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour toute question ou problématique pouvant survenir pour un chauffeur au sein de la flotte assignée.
  • Travailler en équipe et soutenir les collègues sur d’autres tableaux de répartition afin d’assurer le succès de l’ensemble de la division.
  • Surveiller les dates et heures de ramassage et de livraison afin d’assurer le respect des délais; fournir la confirmation de livraison des chargements et signaler tout temps d’attente au moment où il survient.
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés aux livraisons.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, selon les besoins.

Qualifications et expérience :
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe ou expérience de travail équivalente.
  • Expérience antérieure et connaissance des systèmes ELD, un atout.
  • Un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience dans l’industrie du transport constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience antérieure à titre de répartiteur(trice) est privilégiée.
  • Expérience avec le système TMW, un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en analyse.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément avec un haut niveau de rigueur, de précision et d’exactitude.
  • Aptitude démontrée à interagir de façon productive et professionnelle avec la clientèle interne et externe.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à rythme rapide.
  • Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler seul
  • Disponible les fin de semaine - rotation de l'horaire au sein de l'équipe
