Business Development Lead. This is an important role with apany that has built a strong reputation over nearly two decades acrossmercial, retail, new‑build, and interior construction projects.
We are looking for a motivated, relationship‑driven individual to help elevate their market presence, strengthen existing client partnerships, and drive new business.
About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and play a major role in shaping thepany’s growth trajectory in Edmonton. This is not a “sit at a desk and wait for RFPs” type of BD role. It’s hands‑on, relationship‑focused, and designed for someone who knows the Edmonton construction landscape and can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing: A blend of new business development + client relationship management, including:
- Building new client relationships and identifying emerging opportunities
- Maintaining key existing accounts and ensuring ongoing engagement
- Representing thepany professionally in the Edmonton market
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Helping increase sales volume and overall market visibility
- Acting as a trusted connector between clients and internal project teams
What We Are Looking For- Strong understanding of the Edmontonmercial construction industry
- Someone well‑rooted in the market with existing relationships
- Experience in business development, estimating, PM, or a client‑facing construction role
