Calian Programmes de soutien aux patients recherche un(e) coordonnateur(rice) clinique bilingue à temps plein. Le/La coordonnateur(rice) clinique bilingue offre un soutien exceptionnel aux patients, aux prescripteurs et aux pharmacies dans le cadre d'un programme de soutien aux patients.


Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir que les patients reçoivent leurs médicaments à temps et que les médecins et leurs cabinets bénéficient d'un service professionnel et harmonieux. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) fera preuve d'excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, d'un excellent souci du détail et d'une approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes et de l'amélioration des processus. Ceci est un poste contractuel d'un an avec possibilité de renouvellement.

Responsabilités

  • Inscription des patients - Traiter les formulaires d'inscription avec précision, en garantissant l'exhaustivité et l'exactitude des informations. Assurer le suivi auprès des prescripteurs pour corriger les champs manquants ou incorrects.
  • Gestion des commandes - Soumettre rapidement les bons de commande aux pharmacies afin de garantir les livraisons de médicaments dans les délais.
  • Renouvellements - Assurer un suivi proactif auprès des médecins pour les renouvellements des patients afin d'éviter les interruptions de traitement.
  • Suivi du programme - Tenir des dossiers précis, y compris le suivi des numéros de carte de quote-part et autres documents liés au programme.
  • Communication avec les parties prenantes - Servir de point de contact principal pour les cabinets médicaux, les patients et les pharmacies, en veillant à ce que les demandes soient traitées avec professionnalisme et urgence.
  • Déclaration des événements indésirables - Documenter et signaler avec précision tout événement indésirable conformément aux exigences réglementaires et du programme, en assurant une remontée rapide aux parties prenantes concernées.
  • Amélioration continue - Identifier et recommander des améliorations de l'efficacité des processus afin d'améliorer la prestation de services et l'expérience patient/médecin.
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches, au besoin


Qualifications

  • Au moins deux ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle, en administration des soins de santé, en pharmacie ou en coordination clinique, un atout.
  • Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français), tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
  • Grand souci du détail et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches avec un sens de l'urgence.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et des systèmes de saisie de données.
  • Orientation patient et engagement envers la qualité du service et la conformité.
  • Esprit d'équipe collaboratif et autonome.
  • Adaptabilité et ouverture à l'amélioration continue.


Exigences supplémentaires

  • Doit être mobile pour travailler dans un environnement de bureau et utiliser l'équipement de bureau standard, y compris un ordinateur (mouvements finis comme la frappe), le téléphone et d'autres fonctions administratives.
  • Capacité à soulever et à transporter des objets pesant jusqu'à 13,6 kg.
  • Doit faire preuve d'endurance mentale pour maintenir l'attention aux détails malgré les interruptions, et avoir une bonne vision pour lire des documents imprimés et un écran d'ordinateur.
  • Doit être capable de voyager jusqu'à 10 % du temps, y compris la fin de semaine ou la nuit, et de travailler des heures supplémentaires pour soutenir les exigences opérationnelles.


Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $50,000 par an.

Position Overview

Calian Patient Support Programs is looking for a Full-time/Contractual Bilingual Clinical Coordinator. The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator provides exceptional support to patients, prescribers, and pharmacies in a patient support program.


This role is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications on time and that physicians and their offices experience seamless, professional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Please note that this is a one-year contract with possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Enrollment - Process patient enrollment forms with accuracy, ensuring complete and correct information. Follow up with prescribers to resolve missing or incorrect fields.
  • Order Management - Submit order forms to pharmacies promptly to support timely medication shipments.
  • Renewals - Proactively follow up with physicians for patient renewals to avoid interruptions in therapy.
  • Program Tracking - Maintain accurate records, including tracking of co-pay card numbers and other program-related documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians’ offices, patients, and pharmacies, ensuring inquiries are addressed with professionalism and urgency.
  • Adverse Event Reporting - Accurately document and report any adverse events in compliance with regulatory and program requirements, ensuring timely escalation to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify and recommend process efficiencies to improve service delivery and patient/physician experience.
  • Fulfill other duties as required


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or clinical coordination role preferred.
  • Fully bilingual (English and French), both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems.
  • Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service and compliance.
  • Collaborative team player who also works independently.
  • Adaptable and open to continuous improvement.


Additional Requirements

  • Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of time, including weekend or overnight, and to work extended hours to support operations requirements.


Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $50,000 per year.
