Job description
My husband and I are looking for an experienced nanny to join our family part-time late March 2026. We are looking for a loving, experienced nanny to help take care of our beautiful boys: Oscar (12 months) and Felix (27 months). This position is ideally Monday through Friday, 6-8am and 4-6pm (and potentially with some evenings if we are both aligned). The children are in daycare during the day, so the help is needed before and after when I am alone with the kids. We would also need help if the kids were unable to attend day care (sick days, holidays). My husband works 14-hour shifts in a rotating schedule of 2 days, then 2 nights, then off for 3 days. We are open to discussing different arrangements but ideally this is what we are looking for. It is important that our nanny has experience working with infants. We are also looking for someone who is capable of light housekeeping duties such as tidying up around the house, laundry, and meal preparation. It’s important to note that our fur baby, Ruby, is a medium sized dog. You must love dogs. She is a lab retriever and 10 yrs old. She loves humans, but not other dogs. You are not expected to walk her but be comfortable putting her out and feeding her. The kids love to play. They do not watch TV. They have naps during the day. We value safety and would prefer someone certified in CPR to ensure the well-being of our children. Having a car is an asset. We are open to discussing how day care drop-off or pick up would work with your help. I am self-employed and could assist in that department. We offer a competitive wage of $25/hour.
