We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Montreal office.

At Priority Worldwide, we provide the tools and resources you need to succeed. In return, we expect you to actively target new business, negotiate contracts, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll receive continuous training in air freight, ocean freight, project management logistics, ground transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Establish and maintain client contacts, define clear sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are maximized.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations and proposals, and close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and identify new opportunities.
  • Market Research & New Business Development: Continuously research the market to identify new clients and expand business with existing ones.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience, B2B Sales: Experience in selling services to businesses, especially those in logistics, import/export, or supply chain.
  • Strongly prefer someone with experience in Logistics and Freight.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French.

What We Offer

  • Base $70k to $115k: plus commission on sales
  • In addition to a competitive base salary, you’ll enjoy a non-declining commission structure based on revenue, plus a comprehensive benefits package including extended health, life insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan with 3% company matching.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Chargé de comptes motivé et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable du développement de nouvelles affaires, du maintien et du renforcement des relations clients, et de la contribution à la croissance de notre bureau de Montréal.

Chez Priority Worldwide, nous vous fournissons les outils et les ressources nécessaires pour réussir. En retour, nous attendons de vous que vous cibliez activement de nouvelles affaires, négociiez des contrats et apportiez des idées novatrices. Vous recevrez une formation continue en fret aérien, fret maritime, logistique de gestion de projets, transport terrestre, entreposage et courtage en douane.


Ce que vous ferez

  • Développer des stratégies de vente : établir et maintenir des contacts clients, définir des stratégies de vente claires et bâtir des relations clients à long terme.
  • Gestion des relations clients : gérer les relations quotidiennes avec les clients assignés, en veillant à répondre à leurs besoins et à maximiser les opportunités de croissance.
  • Négociation de contrats : négocier des contrats, préparer des devis et propositions, et conclure des ententes.
  • Collaboration : travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes des opérations et du service à la clientèle pour assurer une prestation fluide des services et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Recherche de marché et développement de nouvelles affaires : effectuer une recherche continue du marché afin d’identifier de nouveaux clients et d’élargir les affaires avec les clients existants.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • 3+ années d’expérience en ventes, ventes B2B : expérience en vente de services aux entreprises, particulièrement dans les domaines de la logistique, de l’import/export ou de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
  • Capacité démontrée à négocier et conclure des ententes complexes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation en anglais et en français (fortement préférable).

Ce que nous offrons

  • Base 70 000 $ à 115 000 $ : plus commission sur les ventes
  • En plus d’un salaire de base concurrentiel, vous bénéficierez d’une structure de commissions non dégressive basée sur les revenus, ainsi que d’un ensemble d’avantages sociaux comprenant assurance maladie complémentaire, assurance vie, congés payés et régime de retraite avec contribution de l’entreprise à 3 %.
