We are located in an up-and-coming area of Pickering our plaza offers many interesting vendors including banks restaurants a dollar store Planet Fitness and a Montessori Daycare. Pickering Animal Hospital provides a supportive and collaborative work environment many of our team members have been with us for well over 10 years and some of our clients have been with us for as long as 30 years. the Role

Are you a natural leader with a passion for animals and a knack for inspiring teams As a Practice Manager in the VetCare Community youll be the driving force behind a vibrant veterinary team embodying our core values:

In this role you will create and lead a collaborative team environment that fosters growth engagement and exceptional client experiences. Youll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence managing team schedules and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. Youll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members conduct annual reviews and offer feedback and support to help your team grow.

Youll also manage inventory budgets and all financial aspects of the practice. Youll also make a splash on social media shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing.
