As a technician, you’ll drive a company truck, service customer homes daily, and provide lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, and insect treatments — all while working independently and as part of a supportive, high-energy team.
What You’ll Do
- Working independently to deliver professional lawn care services to residential customers
- Applying fertilizer, lime, weed, and insect control treatments
- Diagnosing and correcting lawn health issues
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Participating in industry and company training programs
- Engaging in quarterly team social events
- Drive a company truck
- Perform fertilization, weed control, and insect treatments
- Provide professional customer service
Pay & Perks
- $20–$25/hour + production and sales incentives
- PPE and uniforms provided
- $25/month cell phone allowance

What We’re Looking For
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Valid Class 5 license with clean abstract
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours/week
- Some Saturdays during peak periods
- Full-time only (no part-time availability)
Start Date: February, 2026
Employment Type: Full-time | Seasonal (8-month contract)
Schedule: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
