A Snapshot of Your Day
The Quality Process Specialist is a key contributor to driving operational excellence by ensuring robust quality practices and comprehensive data analysis across all manufacturing and engineering processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering/R&D, production, and test lab, to uphold quality standards, achieve and maintain relevant certifications, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will leverage advanced data analysis tools and problem-solving methodologies (such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA) to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will serve as a link between quality, engineering, and management to proactively address quality challenges and support organizational goals.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 – $110,000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job‑related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
