Junior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled Junior ServiceNow Developer to design implement and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development problem-solving and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM CRM ITOM SPM or HRSD.
. Possess experience in leveraging ServiceNows best practices in the applications mentioned above.
. Create and manage scripts workflows Business Rules and UI policies.
. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configure the imported data.
. Perform system upgrades testing and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
. Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules.
. ServiceNow certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset.
. Proficiency in ServiceNow platforms functionalities and capabilities.
. Experience in building and maintaining integrations.
. Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering solution design and automation design.
. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
. Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000 - $120000.
