About the Role
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join this reputable firm. In this role, you will engage in general civil litigation, insurance defense, and family law. You will independently manage files of suitable complexity and support senior lawyers on intricate cases. This position requires a candidate with 5+ years of experience, capable of drafting pleadings, negotiating mediations, and trial advocacy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in these practice areas and demonstrate the ability to handle cases from inception to conclusion.

The Offer

• A competitive lockstep base salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000, based on your year of call.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of post-call experience in family law and general litigation.

• A proactive mindset and the desire to progress towards a shareholder opportunity.
