Job description
Context & Environment

Le poste évolue dans un environnement soumis à des réglementations spécifiques, notamment liées à certaines matières ou produits chimiques, ainsi qu'à des accords douaniers internationaux auxquels l'entreprise est tenue. L'occupant du poste interagit quotidiennement avec une grande diversité d'interlocuteurs internes et externes nécessitant une communication fluide, une bonne compréhension des enjeux logistiques et une forte rigueur opérationnelle.

Activities

Le titulaire est en charge de :

- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de planification pour optimiser les approvisionnements ( a court, moyen terme)

- Coordonner les activités de planification avec les équipes logistiques et les fournisseurs.

- Élaborer en collaboration avec département production que les plans de production a moyen terme et assurer que le plan

d'ordonnancement de la production a court terme répond aux besoins des ventes

- Analyser les données de performance pour ajuster les plans d'approvisionnement.

- Superviser l'équipe de planification et assurer le développement des compétences.

- Collaborer avec les départements internes pour aligner les objectifs de planification.

- Assurer la conformité des processus de planification avec les exigences Compagnie et procédures de la filiale

- Élaborer la politique de stocks des produits finis pour assurer le niveau de qualité de service aux clients et terme de disponibilité

- Gérer les imports et le transit international des approvisionnements

- Développer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l'efficacité des approvisionnements.

-Gérer le budget alloué aux activités de planification et optimiser les coûts.

- Collaborer avec les autres départements notamment les achats pour l'évaluation et devellopement des fournisseurs

-Assurer l'évaluation du niveau de service atteint aux clients sur la disponibilité produits

- Assurer l'utilisation du système et outils d'information de la filiale d'une manière fiable

-Organiser le département supply planning et mis en place des processus de travail et les process de gouvernance et structurer

l'activité de ses équipes.

- Accompagner ses équipes, les coacher et développer leur compétence et assurer un environnement de travail convivial

Candidate Profile

  • Permis de travail valide au Canada.
  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des opérations et de la logistique ou équivalent,
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Maîtriser S&OP, MRP SAP, la planification de la production et des importations.
  • Capacité à gérer et optimiser les stocks : politiques, slow movers, surstocks, indicateurs.
  • Capacité à assurer un processus d'approvisionnement complet et à gérer les relations fournisseurs / transitaires.
  • Aptitude à réaliser des analyses et du reporting : prévisions, tableaux de bord, data analyse.
  • Maîtriser SAP, Excel avancé, Power BI, outils statistiques.
  • APICS / Six Sigma ( un atout )
  • Coordonner des activités multisites et gérer la complexité produit ainsi que les risques.
  • Comprendre les flux end-to-end et les enjeux business.
  • Communiquer efficacement et faire preuve de rigueur, autonomie, leadership et sens client.
  • Gérer les priorités, résoudre les problèmes et délivrer rapidement des résultats.
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais (communication fréquente avec des fournisseurs et clients hors Québec)
