Job Description

We’re currently seeking an experienced High Pressure Water/ Vacuum Supervisor in Sudbury, ON. This position will lead frontline operations, ensure strict safety compliance, and deliver results under demanding conditions.

• Eligible for Overtime
• Shift work will be required, 8-13 hour rotating shifts, days and nights will be required

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while staying updated on local, provincial, and federal regulations
• Oversee field operations and projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Serve as the main point of contact for Sudbury Industrial Cleaning support services
• Coordinate manpower and equipment, optimizing resource allocation
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to align and hold employees accountable for growth and development
• Build and maintain customer relationships while proactively addressing and resolve concerns
• Provide regular updates to direct reports and be on call 24/7 for emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Role Specifications

• 3-5 years’ in a leadership role is required
• 10+ years’ experience in industrial services/maintenance in the mining industry
• 3-5 years operating a high pressure pumps and tooling is required
• Valid Class G driver's license is required, Class AZ or DZ driver’s license is preferred
• Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• BSO or Common Safety Orientation certification required
• Having First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, Fall Protection and Confined Space certification would be a significant asset
