Experienced Dental Practice Manager

Leading Multi-Specialty Dental Facility

We are seeking an exceptional Dental Practice Manager to lead the operations of a high-performing, innovative dental facility offering comprehensive services ranging from general dentistry to a fully dedicated surgical department.

This is a senior leadership role within a large and rapidly growing practice, currently operating 16 state-of-the-art operatories and supported by a team of 50+ employees. The successful candidate will be a confident, decisive leader with the ability to command respect, drive performance, and guide the practice through its next phase of growth.

About the Role

This position is best suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and who brings both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice to ensure excellence in patient care, team engagement, and business performance.

This is a full-time position of 5 days a week (40 hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership to a large multidisciplinary team
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Drive practice growth by identifying and acting on new opportunities
• Ensure financial performance, budgeting, and KPI achievement
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Implement systems and processes that support scalability and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, HR, and operational standards

About You

• Proven experience in dental or healthcare practice management (required)
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and command respect
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and strong business acumen
• Highly organized, resilient, and comfortable making decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
