What will your typical day look like?

As an Analyst or Consultant in our Technology Asset Management sub-offering, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment. If you are curious, proactive, a team player, purpose-driven, and data or tech savvy, you’ll be able to build and exercise these qualities every day. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support a range of projects, from helping design automation solutions to gathering and analyzing data for our clients’ unique needs. Your work will contribute to identifying actionable insights and supporting client decision-making.

As an Analyst/Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for our clients.
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality services that provide valuable, actionable information to clients.
  • Collaborating within project teams, learning from experienced colleagues, and contributing to team success.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with Deloitte team members and client contacts.
  • Managing your time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Supporting practice growth activities, such as knowledge sharing, research, and development of internal tools or methodologies.

  • Help document and implement asset management processes, policies, and technology solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information on technology assets.
  • Use industry-standard asset management tools and software to track and manage assets throughout their lifecycle.

You are someone who has:

  • A willingness to learn, investigate, and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement and apply the learnings to new challenges
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts clearly and simply.
  • Exceptional accountability and follows‑through with commitments
  • Familiarity with technology asset and data management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, ICA/ITAM, Flexera) is an asset.
  • Experience working on projects (academic, internship, or professional) is valued.
  • Experience or coursework in technology, data analysis, or compliance is an asset.

  • You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in Canada
  • Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)
  • Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset. Your language skills can foster connections and enhance understanding within our diverse team, contributing to our commitment to reconciliation and inclusivity.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels. Our Total Rewards Package extends well beyond traditional compensation and benefit programs and is designed to recognize employee contributions, encourage personal wellness, and support firm growth. Along with a competitive base salary and variable pay opportunities, we offer a wide array of initiatives that differentiate us as a people-first organization. On top of our regular paid vacation days, some examples include: $4,000 per year for mental health support benefits, a $1,300 flexible benefit spending account, firm-wide closures known as "Deloitte Days", dedicated days of for learning (known as Development and Innovation Days), flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work structure.

Paid Indigenous Cultural Days: Deloitte acknowledges the importance of cultural connections. We provide paid Indigenous Cultural Days, allowing our Indigenous team members to celebrate their culture without having to take personal time off.
Mental Health Support: We prioritize mental health and well-being by offering $4000 in mental health support. This can be utilized for various resources, including counsellors, traditional healers, elders, or knowledge keepers, ensuring a holistic approach to mental well-being.
Wellness Dollars: Deloitte provides $1300 in wellness dollars to each employee every year that can be dedicated to Indigenous wellness-related benefits, such as traditional medicines or fees and supplies for Indigenous ceremonies (such as sweat lodges, healing circles, smudge kits, and more).
Flexible Ways of Work: Most of our positions have a hybrid work structure however please feel free to discuss any potential accommodations required. For those days in the office, you can expect to see designated smudge rooms and Downie Wenjack Legacy Spaces.
Indigenous Employee Resource Groups: Engage with communities like the Indigenous and Allies Community, Indigenous Community, and Indigenous Professional Circle for networking, events, and peer support.
