We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in: Dispatching, Trucking, 3PL, Logistics., Over the Road shipments....... who thrive in a fast-paced environment to tackle operational duties related to movement of freight containers via land (rail, over the road..)

Responsibilities
As our In-Land Delivery Coordinator you’ll be the critical first mate ensuring our shipments arrive safe and sound. Think of yourself as the gatekeeper of smooth operations! 🗃️📑

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more
- Assist in processing truck orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses

Qualifications

- Based in or around Montreal
- Experience with over the road shipments is required, preferably from a Freight Forwarder, 3PL, Trucking or Shipping line experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
