Aperçu du poste

Le gestionnaire des ressources stratégiques (SRM) joue un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de l'organisation des lignes commerciales de HUB. En tant que partenaire stratégique de la direction, le SRM renforce les efforts de vente, améliore la visibilité et renforce l'engagement au sein de HUB.

Ce poste est idéal pour un professionnel ingénieux, autonome et très organisé, qui s'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique et qui est capable de créer une structure, de développer des solutions et d'influencer les résultats grâce à de solides compétences en matière de planification, de communication et de gestion de projet.

Le SRM servira de point central de coordination pour les dirigeants et les membres de l'équipe, en veillant à ce qu'ils disposent des outils, des ressources et du matériel nécessaires pour faire progresser nos objectifs en matière de développement commercial, de fidélisation de la clientèle et de croissance.

Responsabilités principales

Assistance et soutien à la vente

• Assister directement la direction dans la mise en œuvre d'initiatives stratégiques.

• Présenter les propositions de valeur, les facteurs de différenciation et les capacités de HUB lors de réunions commerciales internes et dans le cadre de présentations commerciales.

• Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la gestion des appels d'offres, des propositions, des documents de référence, des fiches commerciales et autres supports.

Outils, ressources et technologie

• Servir de point de contact principal pour les outils, les ressources et les plateformes axées sur les produits.

• Promouvoir la sensibilisation et l'adoption de nouveaux outils et systèmes au sein des équipes.

• Utiliser les applications Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) pour développer des supports percutants.

• Soutenir l'utilisation des systèmes internes tels que Seismic, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, OneDrive, Power BI et les ressources intranet HUB.

• Faciliter les réunions virtuelles à l'aide de Teams et Zoom.

Opérations et habilitation interne

• Promouvoir l'engagement, la visibilité et l'alignement au sein de HUB.

• Créer, maintenir et organiser le contenu sur l'intranet de HUB, en garantissant son accessibilité et son exactitude.

• Fournir un soutien à la gestion de projet pour les initiatives, les calendriers et les livrables.

• Coordonner la communication et la collaboration entre les différentes parties prenantes et régions.

• Gérer la logistique des activités, notamment les événements, le développement de contenu et les campagnes internes.

Recherche, analyses et développement commercial

• Réaliser des études de marché afin d'évaluer la situation actuelle, d'identifier la dynamique concurrentielle et de comprendre les tendances du secteur.

• Préparer des présentations et du contenu pour des discours, des conférences et des opportunités de leadership éclairé.

• Créer et tenir à jour des listes d'associations, de groupes industriels et de contacts clés afin de soutenir les activités de sensibilisation du secteur des lignes commerciales.

• Aider à identifier les besoins et les opportunités du marché en matière d'amélioration des produits ou de développement de nouvelles solutions.

Compétences et expérience requises

• Licence en commerce, marketing, gestion de projet, relations publiques ou dans un domaine connexe préférable

• Expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance à la vente d'assurances ou expérience préalable dans une société de courtage en assurances préférable, mais non obligatoire

• Compétences intermédiaires dans Microsoft PowerPoint et Word ; connaissance pratique d'Excel

• Connaissance des systèmes CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) et SharePoint préférée

• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale à tous les niveaux de l'organisation

Strategic Resource Manager, Canadian Commercial Lines

Position Overview

The Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) is a critical role supporting HUB’s Commercial Lines organization. As a strategic partner to leadership, the SRM strengthens sales efforts, drives visibility, and enhances engagement across HUB.

This position is ideal for a resourceful, self-directed, and highly organized professional who thrives in dynamic environment and can create structure, develop solutions, and influence outcomes through strong planning, communication, and project management skills.

The SRM will serve as a central point of coordination for leaders and team members, ensuring they are equipped with tools, resources, and materials that advance our business development, client retention, and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Serve as direct support to leadership in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Showcase HUB value propositions, differentiators, and capabilities in internal sales meetings and new business pitch environments.
  • Support the development and management of RFPs, proposals, benchmarking materials, sell sheets, and other collateral.
  • Partner with Producers and team members to support sales and client retention activities, including targeted research.
  • Coordinate support for internal and external conferences, associations, workshops, and events.
  • Develop and execute vertically focused sales campaigns.
  • Act as an ambassador within the broader HUB SRM network.
  • Collaborate with HUB’s Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral and improve visibility.
  • Manage distribution groups across Commercial Lines to streamline communication.

Tools, Resources & Technology

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tools, resources, and product-focused platforms.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of new tools and systems across teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to develop impactful materials.
  • Support use of internal systems such as Seismic, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, OneDrive, Power BI, and HUB intranet resources.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings using Teams and Zoom.

Operations & Internal Enablement

  • Promote engagement, visibility, and alignment across HUB.
  • Build, maintain, and organize content on HUB’s intranet, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Provide project management support for initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and regions.
  • Manage logistics for activities including events, content development, and internal campaigns.

Research, Insights & Go-to-Market Development

  • Conduct market research to assess current state, identify competitive dynamics, and understand industry trends.
  • Prepare submissions and content for speaking engagements, conferences, and thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lists of associations, industry groups, and key contacts to support Commercial Lines Industry Practice outreach.
  • Assist in identifying market needs and opportunities for product enhancements or new solution development.
  • Provide national guidance for RFP response development to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Commercial Lines Industry Practice standards.
  • Create and maintain common RFP responses, research packages, and template tools to support Producers.
  • Support regional alignment on opportunity assignment, Producer capacity considerations, and bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Ensure responses are tailored appropriately for the audience while maintaining consistent messaging and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Insurance sales support experience or prior work at an insurance brokerage preferred but not required
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; working knowledge of Excel
  • Exposure to CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and SharePoint preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong relationship-building skills; proactive and collaborative work style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and dependability
