Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Procurement Manager at Bullflex Rubbers Private Limited, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing activities.

2. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing.

3. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their performance.

4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.

5. Overseeing the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

6. Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.

7. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

8. Leading and mentoring a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. 3-5 years of B2B purchase experience, preferably in industries such as construction equipment, mining, infrastructure, OEMs, Foundry, Cement Plants, etc. (Most Preferred)

2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

3. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

4. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

5. Leadership and team management capabilities.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
