Job description

We are actively seeking a Cook on behalf of our client, to prepare delicious and high-quality dishes while maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene in their culinary operation. If you are a skilled and passionate cook, we'd like to connect you with this culinary opportunity.

Requirements-

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work setting-

  • Hotel, motel, resort

Tasks-

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
