Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our in‑house team. In this role, you will work independently to diagnose, plan and repair complex industrial automation equipment at the circuit level. You’ll handle a wide range of components including but not limited to Drives, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, teach pendants, servo motors, power supplies, circuit boards, and control panels. Your work will be critical in delivering reliable, high‑quality repairs that minimise downtime and keep our clients' systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair industrial automation equipment at our facility
- Use advanced testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal tracers, and soldering stations
- Interpret and analyse circuits, schematics, and board layouts
- Plan and execute repairs independently with attention to efficiency and detail
- Communicate the necessary components or parts needed for repair completion
- Maintain repair logs and contribute to internal repair documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in electronics diagnostics and repair
- Strong understanding of circuit components (e.g., microchips, resistors, capacitors, diodes)
- Soldering, diagnostics, and component‑level repair experience
- Proficient with AC and DC test equipment and high‑voltage testing practices (up to 600V)
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to create individualised repair and troubleshooting methods
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently without oversight

- Pay starts at $35, but we are willing to negotiate based on your skill level.
