A career as a Senior Private Banker within the Private Banking 1859 team at National Bank means supporting a high‑net‑worth clientele by offering complex financing solutions and strategic advice to help grow their wealth.
This position is based in Montréal.
Your role
- Act as a trusted advisor for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Structure complex credit requests and develop financing scenarios that align with the Bank’s criteria.
- Interpret financial data and participate in all stages of transactions (analysis, implementation, renewal).
- Identify and develop business opportunities across all Private Banking 1859 services.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Investment Advisors and internal specialists to deliver an integrated strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners (referral network).
Your team:
You report to the Vice‑President, Family Office, within a team recognized for its expertise and proactive approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience).
- Expertise in commercial and personal credit, with strong financial analysis skills.
- Building, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- Leadership, autonomy, proactivity and bilingualism (French/English).
