Project Administrator
EllisDon is recruiting for a large‑scale, on‑site project at Brighton Mountain Windfarm, a high‑impact renewable energy development located near Juniper, NB. The project is anticipated to be completed December 2027. These positions will be located on site near Juniper, NB.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various Excel spreadsheets and training materials.
- Ensure that employee and equipment time is recorded and entered.
- Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required.
- Receive and validate invoices, assist with accounts payable viewing/coding and approvals.
- Liaise with subtrades and project personnel towards ensuring project pre‑requisites are in place.
- Manage and track jobsite attendance and coordinate personnel data‑tracking protocols.
- Ensure project and personnel data is compiled, tracked and updated accurately.
- Perform document controller responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 2‑4 years of administrative experience.
- Strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Accounting experience is an asset.
Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000.
