We are seeking an engaging, experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Canadian SaaS sales team to sell Civica's healthcare solutions that include RTLS In Motion, Assessment Management System (both standardized assessments and interRAI assessments), EHR (a comprehensive software platform that puts all of your healthcare resources and patient information in one easy to use program).

In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving new business growth and expanding our footprint within your territory. You’ll proactively plan and prospect to uncover fresh opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and build lasting relationships with new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across customers
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Understanding the challenges and positioning our SaaS solutions as strategic enablers
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Manage sales pipeline efficiently via Salesforce, track engagement, and ensure a data‑driven approach to sales success.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in new business SaaS Sales
  • Passion for public service transformation and digital innovation
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environment
