Work

Responsibilities

• As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, your daily tasks will include:
• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end‑user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports.
• This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.

Here’s what you need

• At least 5 years real‑time hands‑on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules.
• Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client‑facing roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is considered.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada. This requirement is unavoidable.

Bonus Points If

• Proficiency in Payroll.
• SQL query experience.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate. Information on benefits is here.

British Columbia/Ontario : $82,600 to $132,600
