Senior Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a family‑run furniture manufacturer with multiple divisions, is looking for a creative, proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives across all our brands in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives for all brands and support the sales team with materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
  • Collaborate with product development to define marketing materials and programs
  • Manage social media presence and lead generation campaigns, tracking effectiveness
  • Maintain internal and external communications to ensure alignment with marketing goals

Design & Content Creation

  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and collateral (Canva experience preferred)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
  • Content creation for social media, website, and promotional campaigns
  • Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to help achieve targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in marketing with hands‑on campaign experience
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and applications with ideas on how to integrate them into daily tasks
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently
  • Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented
  • Excellent communicator in English (French is a plus)
  • Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
