Contract Duration: 14th October 2024 to 31st March 2025 (subject to change)
Rate: £11.00 - £13.00 per hour
Surrey Downs Health and Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated Band 3/4 Locum Rehabilitation Assistant to join our respiratory team in Sutton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the running of pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) classes and provide administrative assistance. As a Band 3/4 Locum Rehabilitation Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the running of pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) classes, including assisting with patient exercises and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing materials for PR classes. You will collaborate closely with the respiratory team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the PR program. Your role will also involve providing education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand the importance of pulmonary rehabilitation and how to manage their respiratory conditions effectively.
