We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Montreal office reporting to the Director, Customer Service. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing sales orders from order entry through to delivery for an assigned group of customers along with receiving, addressing, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. This role will ensure that all orders are handled accurately and professionally while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
