We are looking for a part-time collection agent who will be responsible for maintaining proper accounts receivable management, ensuring both credit risk management and accounts receivable collection.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate and negotiate with customers regarding their credit, implement risk mitigation tools, negotiate proposals for overdue payments, etc.
• Make collection calls, prepare documentation, and follow up.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with our customers and sales teams.
• Open and analyze new customer files, as well as periodically review existing customer files.
• In collaboration with the credit manager, resolve and compile disputes; identify problems and follow up.
• Reconcile and maintain customer accounts.
• Perform all other related tasks required for the smooth running of operations.

VOTRE NOUVEAU DÉFI
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un commis à la collection à temps partiel, qui sera responsable de maintenir une saine gestion des comptes recevables assurant à la fois la gestion du risque du crédit et le recouvrement des comptes à recevoir.

VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

• Communiquer et négocier avec les clients au sujet de leur crédit, mettre en place des outils d’atténuation de risque, négocier des propositions de paiements en souffrance, etc.
• Effectuer des appels de recouvrement, documentations et suivis.
• Bâtir et maintenir de saines relations avec nos clients, et équipes de ventes.
• Ouvrir et analyser les dossiers de nouveaux clients, ainsi que réviser périodiquement ceux des clients existants.
• En collaboration avec la directrice de crédit, résoudre et compiler les litiges; identifier les problèmes et faire des suivis.
• Concilier et assurer la maintenance des comptes clients.
• Toutes autres tâches connexes requises pour le bon déroulement des opérations.

LES QUALITÉS DE NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience comme agent de crédit.
• Bilinguisme Français/Anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit puisque vous devrez communiquer avec des clients de l’ensemble du Canada.
• Bonne communication et habiletés de négociation.
• Connaissances informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Habilité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéanciers.
• Flexibilité, s’adapte facilement, professionnel et ferme.
• Esprit d’équipe marqué.
• Capacité d’analyse et résolution de problèmes.
