Compensation
$57,000 – $65,000* based on a 37.5 hour work week.

Position Description
As the successful candidate in this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing sterile (hazardous and non-hazardous) compounding in accordance with NAPRA standards and organizational SOPs
- Preparing complex compounded medications with accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to aseptic technique
- Maintaining a cleanroom environment, including environmental monitoring, room/equipment cleaning, and gowning procedures
- Completing batch records, documentation, and quality checks with exceptional attention to detail
- Supporting inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of raw materials and supplies
- Collaborating with pharmacists and technical team members to ensure safe product preparation and timely order fulfillment
- Participating in ongoing training to advance your sterile compounding proficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Experience
- Must have at least 4 years of experience working in a pharmacy
- Knowledge of aseptic technique is a strong asset
- Compounding experience is a strong asset
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the OCP
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Education
- Completion of a CCAPP‑accredited Pharmacy Technician Program (or equivalent recognized training) is required
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) designation with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Additional training or coursework in sterile compounding, aseptic technique, or NAPRA‑aligned practices is an asset
