A career as a Scrum Master in the Software Engineering team means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our technological projects and bring value. Responsibilities

• Ensure the management and implementation of large‑scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation while facilitating daily activities
• Prepare and actively participate in Planning (prioritization, breakdown, presentation of commitments)
• Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve industry objectives
• Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions
• Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues
• Produce reports to monitor project progress and provide status updates, adapting communication to the audience
• Ensure alignment between Technology Leads and Business teams regarding interdependencies affecting your project
• Be a transformative agent to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Prerequisites

• Relevant experience in team coaching as a Scrum Master in large‑scale projects and in large companies
• Experience facilitating workshops and coaching the Safe executive is a major asset
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ease with Agile and DevSecOps delivery
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow) processes
• Knowledge of the Safe Framework and SSDLC
