Role: Registered Nurse – Community Health (RN preferred; LPN considered)

About the Role
This Community Health opportunity is ideal for nurses who value continuity of care, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships. You’ll support individuals across the community through clinic-based care and home health services, playing a vital role in ongoing treatment and recovery.
Your work will focus on proactive assessments, advanced wound care, and coordinated community scheduling to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) considered (Pay will vary)
- Advanced wound care training, including:
- Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (Wound VAC)
- Competency with Meditech for community-wide scheduling
- Strong assessment, organization, and independent practice skills
- Comfortable working a 7-day schedule
