Who You Are:

• A highly organized professional with5–7 years of experiencein financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions (minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment).
• Skilled inExcel— Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling.
• Proficient inPower BI— connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.
• Experienced inPowerPoint— creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact.
• Comfortable collaborating inMicrosoft Teams and SharePoint— managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally.
• Experienced withMicrosoft Copilot (M365)— using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity.
• Strong inproject and deliverable management— able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles.
• A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and values quality, accountability, and data accuracy.

• Build and automatefinancial dashboards and governance reportsin Excel and Power BI.
• Developexecutive-ready PowerPoint presentationswith data-driven insights and clear decision points.
• UseCopilotto summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries.
• Coordinateexecutive governance meetings— scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Maintaindata integrity, version control, and governance trackingacross multiple programs and regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to align reporting structures and enhance visibility.
• Continuously refine reporting processes for efficiency, clarity, and automation.
