What You Will Do:
- Sell a range of products – Wireless, Cable, Hi‑Speed Internet, Home Phone – directly to customers at their homes.
- Act on provided leads and generate new residential sales in your territory.
- Represent Rogers with pride in the field, at events and in follow‑ups.
- Build friendly and professional relationships with customers, ensuring post‑sales questions are answered.
- Conduct business in line with Rogers Business Code of Conduct with safety as a top priority.
What You Bring:
- Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, working independently to achieve goals.
- High motivation and excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills – handle objections with style.
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily use.
