The Director of Care (DOC) is responsible for the coordination of all health services at the facility to ensure that all aspects of resident health are developed, planned, implemented, evaluated and are consistent with the mission and values of GEM Health Care Group. As the leader of the Health Care Services Department, the DOC oversees the disciplines of nursing, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy.
