The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site. Many opportunities are currently available in the Lanaudière region.
As a member and client experience advisory, you improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on their banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services. You are also an ambassador for digital solutions, helping members to use technological tools safely. More specifically, you will be required to:
