Reporting to the Manager, Homeowner Care you’ll be immersed in all aspects of quality control inspections during construction, pre‑completion, orientations, and possession.

Great organizational and time management skills and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You are a proven self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly, detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working on your own as well as part of a cross‑functional team.
WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Experience with multi‑family and mixed‑use real estate projects
- 5-7 years' experience in home repairs or home warranty work
- Calmness and professionalism under pressure
- The ability to perform home repairs with a high degree of quality and efficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- A highly methodical approach with careful attention to detail

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As part of the Homeowner Care team, you’ll spend your day meeting with Intracorp homeowners to review requested service items, as well as conduct various hands‑on pre‑completion and post‑completion duties as scheduled by the Manager, Homeowner Care.
You will:
- Perform repairs on work orders that do not involve a trade
- Update service item work order status daily in the Homeowner Care system, making notes re: other issues – not warrantable items, homeowner damage, recommended back charges etc.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and resolve if possible as appropriate. If not, you will communicate with the respective trade service person to schedule their attendance to remedy the issue
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Service Team regarding service item status, prioritization, and timing to complete requested warranty work
- Conduct customer orientations as required
- Meet with/supervise contractors as required
- Assess reported common area deficiencies, carry out necessary repairs, calling in contractors as appropriate
- Order and maintain supplies, equipment, parts, materials needed to complete warranty work orders; submit expenses
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested

COMPENSATION
This role offers a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
