SAP ISU Senior Test Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced QA/Test Lead with strong expertise in SAP ISU and complex software implementation testing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading multiple testing phases, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery in fast‑paced project environments. This role requires someone who can step in quickly, manage testing end‑to‑end, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Act as a key liaison between the Project Manager and all project stakeholders to ensure high‑quality deliverables that align with project timelines
• Collaborate closely with various business and IT teams to ensure the final solution meets quality standards
• Lead the planning and coordination of all testing activities, including multiple test cycles, resource scheduling, environment readiness, and release management
• Oversee and maintain system stability and quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead or assign execution of test scripts, while remaining hands‑on and able to step in to perform testing when needed
• Document testing outcomes and prepare clear summary reports for presentation to business stakeholders

Your strengths include:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test execution within SAP IS‑U environments
• 5+ years of experience in information technology
• 5+ years of experience leading testing activities for complex software implementations
• Demonstrate strong planning capabilities and effective team leadership
• Ability to identify testing components and prioritize them appropriately
• Strong understanding of system development, integration, and implementation methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test scripts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both IT teams and business users
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
• Self‑starter who can join projects already in progress and work with minimal supervision
• Capable of coordinating large groups of business users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies
• Hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps
