About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Video Producer & Platform Growth Strategist to lead high‑quality video production and audience expansion for:

• ChallengerX Educational Platform & Podcast
• Podcast and Brand Asset Creation
• BoomerangFX’s Go‑To‑Market strategy and global digital presence

Your work will directly accelerate:

• ChallengerX platform and podcast growth
• High‑impact brand and leadership content
• BoomerangFX’s demand generation, PPC effectiveness, and GTM movement

This role is built for a world‑class creative producer who can film, edit, conceptualize, and optimize video assets across all platforms — while strategically driving reach, impact, and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and produce ChallengerX long‑form podcast episodes with multi‑camera, cinematic style
• Produce podcast episodes, interviews, speeches, executive content, and brand storytelling videos
• Edit high‑quality long‑form and short‑form videos for YouTube and all social channels
• Produce daily/near‑daily vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Ensure elite‑level lighting, sound, cinematography, pacing, and color grading
• Maintain strong brand identity across ChallengerX and BoomerangFX content ecosystems

Platform Growth, Distribution & Exposure

• Build and execute platform‑specific strategies for ChallengerX, Podcasts, and BoomerangFX
• Drive audience growth through optimized titles, thumbnails, hooks, and retention design
• Analyze watch‑time, retention curves, scroll‑through rates, and platform algorithms
• Repurpose long‑form content into high‑impact viral clips
• Build cross‑platform distribution systems for consistent, high‑frequency exposure
• Increase visibility through organic and PPC‑aligned video content strategies
• Help break subscriber plateaus and accelerate multi‑channel growth
• Identify, source, and book elite‑level guests (CEOs, founders, innovators, athletes, authors)
• Manage outreach, coordination, scheduling, and pre‑interview conversation prep
• Develop episode frameworks, themes, and narrative arcs
• Oversee studio setup, equipment readiness, and production execution

BoomerangFX GTM Video Assets & Growth Content

Create strategic, conversion‑focused video assets that support BoomerangFX’s global Go‑To‑Market strategy, including:

• Product feature explainers
• SaaS walkthroughs and demo‑style videos
• AI and patient‑engagement (Auvia) showcase videos
• Sales enablement and funnel content
• Testimonial videos and real clinic success stories

Brand Growth & Marketing Assets

• High‑quality ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Landing page videos engineered to lift conversion rates
• Corporate storytelling, brand vision, and executive messaging assets
• PPC‑specific content optimized for click‑through, quality score, and lead generation

Your work directly influences lead volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), brand trust, and global adoption.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 4+ years professional experience in video production or multimedia creation
• Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Proven ability to film and edit cinematic‑grade interviews and podcasts
• Strong skills in multi‑camera filming, lighting, audio engineering, and color
• Advanced knowledge of vertical video production for short‑form platforms
• Familiarity with YouTube’s algorithm, retention optimization, and metadata strategy

Creative & Strategic Skills

• Strong storytelling, narrative framing, and editorial instincts
• Ability to design content that drives emotion, engagement, and retention
• Understanding of PPC‑driven content and video assets that improve ROAS & lead performance
• Experience supporting GTM teams and producing product marketing content

Operational Strengths

• Highly organized with multi‑project management capability
• Able to independently run pre‑production → production → post‑production
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment

• A scalable content and distribution system fully operational
