This role will be based in Edmonton.Education and age is not a requirement. We are looking for a team member who has the skills and enjoys cooking.Work SettingCloud Kitchen & CateringJob RequirementsLearn to cook a short list of menu items. The cuisine is going to be south Indian.Assist in sourcing the right ingredients to match the quality and taste requirements.Might need to help in administrative responsibilities like cleaning, packing etc.Experiment on New dishes.Open to travel and training with partners.We’re looking for someone who can cook and think this way. : Likes the South Indian cuisine and spice levels.Need to be very open to feedback of the collective team.Need to be creative to work on new dishes to add to the menu.Knows how to manage consistency in volume dishes.Maintain very high level standards of quality across the whole process.What won’t work : Ego’s / Drama.Does not like South Indian cuisines.CompensationAbove market standards based on their experience.Profit Sharing.Opportunity to grow as we expand.Most cooks might not be on job boards and so please share this job post in your networks and amongst your friends.
