Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position contributes to the consistent, timely, and high-quality delivery of visual merchandising initiatives in a fast-paced, brand-led retail environment.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Lead the translation of the brand into physical store initiatives, balancing the creation of commercial and functional retail space, interior merchandising, seasonal floor-sets, window directives, signage, etc. (Flagship, Full Price, Outlet & Wholesale Shop in Shops)
  • Lead the translation and implementation of the creative direction and marketing campaigns/concepts into the store environment
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain visual merchandising materials, including floor-set packages, presentation decks, recaps, and reference documentation
  • Develop and manage the Visual Merchandising budget annually
  • Work with suppliers and team to deliver visual merchandising and experiential initiatives efficiently and cost effectively
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and follow-ups related to visual merchandising and retail stores (e.g., seasonal floor-sets, window changes, and store initiatives)
  • Partner with merchandising team at time of buys to create initial floor-sets and present them to leadership during Buy Reviews meetings
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team on monthly floor-set changes and product introductions to create the monthly “store directive” with detailed style information and floor-set photos. Work with stores to ensure that the floor-set is being set up correctly in the various store layouts.
  • Maintain and update department documentation, calendars, and asset libraries to support consistent execution across stores
  • Review weekly sales and inventory performance with the DTC team to understand in-the-moment moves to impact the business
  • Partner with Creative Director and merchandising team to create showroom direction for market opening globally
  • Support departmental planning and logistics, including for seasonal launches, showroom setups, and market-related activities
  • Participate in the process of fixture / unique store element development and maintaining all fixture layout packages across all stores
  • Track deliverables and execution status to ensure on-time implementation of departmental initiatives
  • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive training program that teaches sales associates how to leverage visual merchandising schemes and how to execute them
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization across all visual merchandising documentation and communications

  • Experience working in an environment with multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience supporting visual merchandising across multiple stores or regions
  • Experience preparing or contributing materials used in cross-functional planning and review sessions
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with fixed deadlines
  • Technical capability to execute drawings, floor maps, and visual layouts
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining structured files, materials, and reference tools
  • Proven ability to track deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure consistent execution
  • Comfortable supporting initiatives that require regular preparation, updates, and recap documentation
  • Experience coordinating inputs and timelines across multiple teams or stakeholders
  • Experience supporting work that follows weekly, monthly, and seasonal timelines
  • A passion for storytelling and brand development
  • Understanding of different markets globally
  • Strong financial acumen to support driving sales and making sound business decisions through the visual merchandising role
  • Confidence and the ability to communicate in front of a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of retail and visual merchandising

Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
