Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business strategies and scenario planning.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports.
- Partner with business units to support cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Continuously improve reporting tools, processes, and financial methodologies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA an asset).
- 1–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial management.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Proven ability to interpret financial data to advise business decisions.
- Experience within consumer product or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to leadership.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
