THE FOOD SERVICE MANAGER WILL EVALUATE DAILY OPERATIONS , PLAN AND ORGANIZE DAILY OPERATIONS , HE WILL RECRUIT STAFF ,HE WILL ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN INVENTORY , NEGOTIATE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SUPPLIERS FOR FOOD AND OTHER SUPPLIES , ENSURE HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS ARE FOLLOWED ,HE WILL SUPERVISE AND TRAIN STAFF ,ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS .
