Work Environment/Conditions: Field Work (in all weather conditions), Work Environment Exposes the Employee to High Levels of Noise, Grease, and Dust that is Typically Associated with a Construction Site
Physical Capabilities: Physically Demanding; Lifting, Bending, Crouching, Kneeling
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with an asphalt crew, poses strong communication skills, a high level of enthusiasm, enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to learn quickly.
