Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in GenAI technologies to join the Resilience Technology team and drive key initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team.
2. Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
3. Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
4. Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
5. Learn and apply our Company’s proprietary frameworks and best practices.
6. Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
7. Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Python: Overall 7+ years of development experience with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Python. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.
• GenAI: Experience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistants.
• Databases: Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.
• OOP & Design Patterns: Strong grasp and practical use during development.
• Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting: Solid working knowledge.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written.
• Testing: Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components.

Skills & Experience Desired:

• Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Layered and Component‑based Architecture.
• Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Unix shell.
• Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming.
• Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams.

Resilience Technology Team Overview:

Enhancing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for Firm Resilience and Fusion Response systems with more automated features. These systems support critical functions such as Business Continuity Planning, Testing, and Global Incident Case Management.

Developing advanced capabilities for mapping business processes and asset dependencies across the firm, transforming operational data into actionable insights that enhance firmwide resilience. These initiatives are complex, high‑profile programs driven by regulatory requirements and vital production deliverables in 2025 and beyond.
