Mechanical Design Technician, R&D at BRP.
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Technician to support the development of our vehicles (R&D). You will have a major impact on the design, development, and validation of various mechanical systems for recreational vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Produce the technical drawings required for the manufacture of new vehicles.
- Participate in component development and monitor prototype manufacturing.
- Collaborate in the problem‑solving process with the team's designers and engineers.
- Create tracking files to optimize project progress.
Qualifications
- Hold a college diploma in mechanical engineering.
- Have a keen sense of mechanics and good 3D visualization skills.
- Be proficient in software such as Catia V5 and SAP, an asset.
- Excel in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
- Have creative solutions to problems and be recognized for ingenuity.
- Have a strong interest in BRP recreational products.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
