Industrial Electrician
Grand River Pellet Ltd., located in St. Leonard, is seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial Electrician with a positive attitude toward teamwork to join our 24/7 operation.
Job Description
This full‑time role involves preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, while consistently applying health, safety and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with the management, production and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance
- Maintain and install electrical equipment
- Implement and consistently apply health, safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the management, production and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation & Control Technology, or Electromechanics
- Industrial Electrician Red Seal certification is an asset
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial electrical environment
- Knowledge or experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and various control systems
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Strong ability to plan, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Quick learner
- Demonstrates autonomy, initiative and leadership
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Must meet JDI selection criteria
