Job description
We are a growing family in the Cimarron area of Okotoks seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny to join our household. We have twin boys who will be 5 months old when the position begins on March 1st. This is a live-out position ideal for someone who enjoys the energy of a busy household and has a genuine love for infant development. The Schedule & Logistics Start Date: March 1, 2025. Hours: Approximately 6 hours per day (mornings), every working weekday. The "Onboarding" Month: For the month of March, the boys' grandmother will be staying with us to assist. This provides a great opportunity for the nanny to transition into the routine with extra support before flying solo in April. The Home Environment: Both parents work from home in dedicated office spaces. We will be on-site but tucked away during working hours. Pets: We have one friendly dog. No pet care is required, but you must be comfortable sharing the space with a furry friend. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive care for twin infants (feeding, diapering, nap schedules). Engage the boys in age-appropriate developmental play and stimulation. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and clean environment for the children. Requirements Experience: Proven experience with infants is a must; specific experience with multiples is a significant asset. Demeanor: Responsible, nurturing, and patient. Safety: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain/renew). Trial Period: We require one paid trial day to ensure a great fit for both our family and the candidate.
