A growing real estate and construction organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to take ownership of accounting operations within a collaborative environment. This position is ideal for a CPA (or CPA candidate) with public accounting experience who thrives on autonomy, enjoys structuring processes, and seeks a clear progression path toward leadership.
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will manage the preparation of full working papers, support accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial documentation across multiple projects. The role is highly autonomous, with defined priorities and deadlines, and provides exposure to senior leadership without micro‑management.
This role offers a high level of autonomy with minimal oversight and direct exposure to senior leadership, allowing you to manage your own workflow and take ownership of key initiatives. You'll have flexibility in how you structure your work once fully onboarded, supported by a well‑rounded benefits offering and ample time off.
