What you’ll do

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data engineering and insights leaders.

• Champion the exploration, testing, and adoption of new data technologies and modern engineering practices.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external data vendors and technology partners.

• Serve as the go-to advisor for scalable, customer-centric data products across multiple business units.
• Prioritize and expand strategic data assets that enable deeper insights and efficiencies.
• Lead development of advanced analytics, digital insight capabilities, and unified data experiences.
• Accelerate the creation and adoption of reusable data frameworks and platforms.

Deliver High-Value Data Solutions

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and define future-state data capabilities.
• Promote cross-functional data sharing to enhance decision-making across the organization.
• Oversee development and delivery of high-impact data products while ensuring compliance with internal, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Continuously refine data engineering practices, governance models, and delivery processes.

What you need to succeed

Must-have experience

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, CRM analytics, digital analytics, or insights strategy.
• Proven strategic leadership with a track record of influencing executives and driving large-scale transformation.
• Deep experience with data engineering, analytics, digital delivery, model development, and data governance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and enterprise portfolios.
• Strong capability in change management and complex program leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of cloud data ecosystems, AI, ML, or emerging data technologies.
• Ability to think creatively and solve ambiguous, complex problems.
